This is a fundraising event for Junior Sailing supporting the Edward Teach Youth Sailing Association (ETYSA) at Blackbeard Sailing Club. This is PHRF racing, with Buoy racing and pursuit racing. Any boats with a valid NCPHRF certificate can enter.
